The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders fall Parade of Homes was in October.  Our home in Scott Farm won best of show in the over $225,000 category.

I have duplexes ready to move into at Chaffee Crossing.  These are about 1350 in square footage, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage.  They are also on a culdesac street which makes them great for privacy and safety. The back yard is fenced with a six foot privacy fence.

If you think you might want to purchase a new home now is the time.  The local housing market is probably better than you think.  Although the national media is showing a downturn in the new home market, local markets are still good.  Prices are lower than the national average, and interest rates are extremely low.
