Our home in Scott Farm won the Best of Show

Duplexes at Chaffee Crossing

They are also on a culdesac street which makes them great for privacy and safety. The back yard is fenced with a six foot privacy fence.

Although the national media is showing a downturn in the new home market, local markets are still good. Prices are lower than the national average, and interest rates are extremely low.
