Duplexes
Submitted by Tim on Sat, 2009-05-02 13:42.I will soon have duplexes ready to move into at Chaffee Crossing. These are about 1350 in square footage, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage. They are also on a culdesac street which makes them great for privacy and safety.

Although the national media is showing a downturn in the new home market, local markets are still good. Prices are lower than the national average, and interest rates are extremely low.
